AI Voice Agent Pricing Comparison India: Trikon vs Bolna, Ringg AI, Exotel and Knowlarity
A current India-focused comparison of AI voice pricing from Trikon, Bolna, Ringg AI, Exotel and Knowlarity, including what is bundled and how to calculate total cost.
AI Voice Agent Pricing Comparison India: Trikon vs Bolna, Ringg AI, Exotel and Knowlarity
AI voice pricing is difficult to compare because one vendor may quote an all-in conversational minute, another may charge a platform fee plus speech and model usage, and a cloud-telephony provider may price the phone system separately from the AI voicebot.
This comparison uses public vendor pages checked on 12 October 2026. Prices can change, taxes may apply, and enterprise quotes can differ. Always request a written scope that defines the billed minute and every included component.
Quick pricing comparison
- Trikon: public India page lists ₹4 per live call minute, with no subscription or setup fee. Its FAQ says telephony and DID numbers are billed separately by the carrier.
- Bolna: official pricing page lists a standard volume rate of 6 US cents, displayed as ₹5.52 per minute. Its documentation explains that platform, telephony, STT, LLM and TTS can be separate components; BYOK can reduce provider charges.
- Ringg AI: official pricing lists ₹6 per connected minute for voice agents. The page says proprietary STT, TTS, an LLM, telephony and basic analytics are bundled. A phone number is ₹499/month and advanced analytics is ₹2/call.
- Exotel: the official GenAI voicebot page describes capabilities but does not publish a standard AI voicebot per-minute rate. Exotel's business-phone plans are separate offers and its page states Voice Streaming is excluded and priced separately.
- Knowlarity: its AI pricing page says to contact sales for ChatBot/VoiceBot pricing. Its cloud-contact-centre plans are separate from a bespoke AI voicebot quote.
These entries are not perfectly like-for-like. Trikon, Bolna and Ringg expose voice-agent usage models; Exotel and Knowlarity also sell broader telephony and contact-centre infrastructure. Compare the architecture you need, not only the headline number.
What each public price means
Trikon
Trikon positions its offer as a flat ₹4 per live call minute. The public page states no monthly subscription and no setup fee, while telephony and DID costs remain with the carrier. Confirm custom integrations, managed services, storage and any minimum usage in the written quote.

Bolna
Bolna offers pay-as-you-go credits, fixed-volume pilot plans and custom enterprise pricing. Its current pricing page displays ₹5.52 per minute as a standard volume rate. The documentation says total call cost may contain STT, LLM, TTS, telephony and a platform charge, depending on configuration and connected provider accounts.
Bolna also publishes pilot examples: $500 for 12,000 minutes and $300 for 6,500 minutes, both with up to 25 concurrent calls and defined support. These are fixed-volume offers in US dollars, so INR cost depends on billing and exchange conditions.

Ringg AI
Ringg publishes ₹6 per connected minute for its pay-as-you-go voice agent. Its pricing page marks telephony, proprietary STT, natural TTS, an LLM and basic analytics as bundled. Published add-ons include ₹499/month for a phone number and ₹2/call for advanced analytics; enterprise pricing is custom.

Exotel
Exotel's official GenAI voicebot page is demo-led and does not show a standard AI voicebot minute price. Its public business-phone plans include credits, Exophones, agent seats and IVR, but explicitly exclude Voice Streaming. Those plan amounts should not be presented as the cost of Exotel's GenAI voicebot.

Knowlarity
Knowlarity's AI pricing page lists VoiceBot/ChatBot pricing as contact-sales. Its general voice pricing page publishes monthly cloud-contact-centre plans, but these should not be treated as a complete AI voicebot price without a written AI quote.

Total-cost comparison for an Indian business
Use this formula: total monthly cost = AI conversation usage + telephony + number rental + model or speech charges + analytics or storage add-ons + implementation + integration maintenance + human escalation.
Illustrative 10,000-minute scenario
- Trikon: ₹40,000 for 10,000 live AI minutes at the public ₹4 rate, before GST and excluding carrier telephony/DID costs.
- Bolna: ₹55,200 at the displayed ₹5.52 standard rate if that rate applies to the selected plan, before taxes and any separately billed provider or telephony components. A pilot or enterprise tier may differ.
- Ringg AI: ₹60,000 for 10,000 connected minutes at ₹6, plus ₹499/month if one phone number is required, and ₹2 per call if advanced analytics is selected. Confirm tax and commitment terms.
- Exotel and Knowlarity: no comparable public AI voicebot per-minute calculation is available; obtain a quote covering AI, telephony, numbers, implementation and support.
The scenario is arithmetic based on current public pages, not a vendor quote. Billing units differ: live minute, connected minute, credits or custom contract. Do not use the result until those definitions match your call flow.
Setup cost and monthly fees
A 'no setup fee' product can still require paid custom work for CRM integration, data migration, security review, conversation design or managed tuning. A monthly minimum may also apply even when the per-minute rate is transparent.
Ask each vendor to itemise: onboarding; custom integration; dedicated number; concurrency; recording and storage; analytics; premium voices; support; minimum commitment; and exit or data-export costs.
Telephony charges: the most common comparison error
Some platforms bundle telephony; others let you bring a carrier; cloud-telephony vendors may sell the phone layer and AI separately. A transferred call can add another call leg. Confirm inbound, outbound, SIP, number rental, transfer, failed-call and international charges.
Which option fits which buyer?
- Choose Trikon when Indian-market positioning, a simple public AI-minute rate and bring-your-own-telephony flexibility match the project.
- Choose Bolna when developer configurability, BYOK and flexible provider selection are central to the build.
- Choose Ringg AI when a bundled connected-minute model and its published Indic-focused stack fit the use case.
- Evaluate Exotel when the organisation needs a broader communications or contact-centre platform and wants AI voicebot capabilities within that vendor relationship.
- Evaluate Knowlarity when cloud telephony, contact-centre services and a sales-led AI voicebot engagement suit enterprise procurement.
These are buying-fit observations based on public positioning, not claims that one vendor is universally best.
A six-question vendor checklist
- What starts and stops the billed minute, and how is time rounded?
- Are telephony, STT, LLM, TTS, recording and storage included?
- What are the number, monthly minimum, concurrency and analytics charges?
- What does setup include, and who owns integrations and prompts?
- How are Indian languages and code-switching tested for this workflow?
- Can the vendor report cost per completed outcome, not just minutes?

Bottom line
For a defensible decision, normalise every offer to the same monthly call volume, average duration, connection rate, language mix, telephony setup, concurrency and required actions. The lowest displayed minute is not necessarily the lowest cost per qualified lead, booking, payment or resolved support request.
